Product Availability

You will find details about product availability on each individual item page. Occasionally your desired item may be out of stock or not otherwise available for immediate shipment. If you select an item that is out of stock, we will inform you via email when the product is available. Your transaction will not be processed until the product has shipped.

Order Processing Time

We will process your order as quickly as we can and will update you immediately with any shipping or out-of-stock issues. Orders are usually shipped within three (3) business days after the order is placed. Although transit times can vary, we will do our best to get your Handbag Handcuff® to you as soon as possible.

Gift Shipments

During Checkout, there will be a field for you to enter the specific shipping address of your Handbag Handcuff® gift recipient. If you are sending gifts to multiple recipients at different addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each shipping address.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, a printable receipt will appear on screen. You will also receive an email confirmation of the transaction. We encourage you to save the email instead of printing your receipt to help minimize paper waste.

Tracking Your Order

After you have placed your order, click on the “My Account / Order Status” link to track the status of your order. Shipment confirmation will be emailed when your order has shipped and it will include your UPS tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment online by entering your tracking number on the UPS website at

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on passes to you when the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for risk of loss and title for product ordered from or to be delivered by one of our authorized partners or a third party distributors.


We use UPS Ground delivery service to ship your Handbag Handcuff® products. Weekend delivery is not available through this service. We continually update our policies, so please check back with us if you need additional assistance.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping, which can take from seven (7) to ten (10) business days, within the continental U.S.* only on all product orders exceeding $100.00. (*Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and military APO/FPO orders are excluded from this free-shipping offer and subject to normal shipping rates calculated by UPS.)

UPS Ground – 48 Contiguous States

All orders to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charg es are determined by UPS based upon the total weight and volume of the order and the zip code of your delivery location. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. The rate for the shipping method that you select will be automatically calculated before your payment information is submitted. Your order will be charged to your payment card at the time it is shipped.

Non-Contiguous States – Hawaii and Alaska

All orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by UPS Ground. Additional charges may apply.

P.O. Boxes & U.S. Territories

Handbag Handcuff® currently does not ship to P.O. Boxes or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, etc.

Canadian & International Orders

Orders Shipping to Canada: We are pleased to provide the following two options for orders shipping to Canada via United States Postal Service: (i) First Class Package International postage; or (ii) Priority Mail International flat rate shipping. First Class Package & Priority Mail International Flat Rate shipping rates offered are applicable on up to two items only. Rates based on are subject to change at any time.

Military APO/FPO Orders

Handbag Handcuff® will ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery of packages to APO/IPO addresses may be delayed and could take up to fourteen (14) business days beyond projected delivery dates.
